THIS BOAT DOES NOT PULL A TUBE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RENT A TUBE WITH THIS BOAT.

YOU CANNOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY EACH HEAD WILL BE COUNTED AS ONE.

If you choose to bring your pet, there is a $25 fee per pet, all pets must be on a leash. Please select the pet fee accessory when making a booking.

$100 cancellation fee if rental is not cancelled within 24 hours of reservations. A "no show" will be charged the full price of the rental. You must call marina to cancel rental.

There will be a cleaning fee if boat returns dirty. Cleaning fee will start at $40 and will go up depending on the cleanliness of the boat.

Strayhorn Marina will provide life jackets to rental boaters. You are responsible for the fuel that is used at the end of your reservation.

The person making the reservation must be PRESENT and bring their drivers license. Any additonal drivers will need to bring a valid drivers license.

SAFETY CHECKLIST, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO OVER THIS WITH DOCK ATTENDANT BEFORE TAKING THE BOAT.

BRING YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND WHOEVER PLANS ON DRIVING WILL NEED TO BRING THEIRS TOO.

CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST WEAR A LIFE JACKET AT ALL TIMES!! IF YOU HAVE AN INFANT YOU MAY NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LIFE JACKET.

We cannot exceed capacity and everyone on boat will need a certified life jacket.
Do not take bimini top down it must remain in place.
Engine must be in neutral to start.
DEMO LOW OIL WARNING. IF IT GOES OFF, SHUT DOWN MOTOR TO PREVENT DAMAGE, CALL MARINA!
Demo the operation of the lights just in case they are out after dark, demo how horn operates.
Show location of paddle & throw cushion and fire extinguisher, explain operation of fire extinguisher.
Renter is responsible for any cigarette burns or any burn in upholstery or flooring at $200 per burn hole.
Inform renter of prop condition. If prop comes back damaged, they will be billed for a replacement in the amount of $200.00 +tax (renter is able to take picture on their phone beforehand if they want to)
An anchor is provided. If you lose the anchor there will be a $100 charge. Once the anchor leaves its designated spot you are fully responsible for it.
Show renter the location and operation of the swim ladder. Engine must be off when swim ladder is down. SWIM LADDER MUST BE UP BEFORE GETTING UNDERWAY!!!!!!
No one can ride outside the gates. The Lake Patrol will issue tickets for this!
Remind renter that the entire marina is a no-wake zone.
No one should be walking around in the boat while it is in motion.
No excessive use of alcohol or drugs will be tolerated on our boats.
DO NOT TIE OFF TO ANY DOCK OR BOAT WITHOUT FENDERS OR BUMPERS!!
DO NOT BEACH THE BOATS! THE SHORE IS TOO ROCKY AND THE HULL CAN BE PIERCED!!
No grills will be allowed on boats. No cooking devices.

Have the renter return the boat to the front of the gas dock for re-fueling and fee assessment.

Very important, only the person signing the rental agreement is allowed to drive the boat!
I acknowledge that inflatable tubes are dangerous and that only one person can ride at a time. I acknowledge that if I do not return with the tube or if there is any damage, I am responsible for the replacement cost.
I acknowledge that the boat comes with a throw cushion, paddle, ropes and fire extinguishers. If I do not return with these items or if they are damaged, I am responsible for the replacement cost.
Turn engine off when jumping in the water or swimming
Kill switch lanyard must be attached at all times when boat is above idle speed.
Boats are equipped with Track-Ya-Back tracking for your own safety and to protect our boats. Any tampering with the device will be charged $250.
You must go inside to pay for your fuel that was used.
